These terms cover your use of Corp Sesh — the app and the website. You must accept these terms before you create an account. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Corp Sesh is operated by Bahn, a sole proprietorship registered in India and owned by Sanjana Garg. In this agreement, “we” and “us” mean Bahn.
1. The service
Corp Sesh is a social app centred on a short, ritual break. It is in beta; features may change, break, or be removed as we build. We offer it “as is”, without warranties.
2. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
3. Who can use it
You must be old enough to consent to this contract in your country, and at least 18 — Corp Sesh is an adult social product. One account per person; keep your credentials secure and don't share your account.
4. An adult ritual, not advice
Corp Sesh is a light-hearted social product for adults, built around taking a short break together. The break is a virtual, animated experience for enjoyment — it is not advice of any kind and makes no health claims.
5. Your content and conduct
Corp Sesh has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
You own what you write. By sending messages or setting a photo, you grant us the limited licence needed to store and display that content to the people it's meant for, and to operate the service.
Photos, names, and group icons
If you set a profile photo or group icon, you must have the right to use that image. You may only upload a photo that is of you, or that you otherwise own or have permission to use.
Images must not contain: nudity, sexual or suggestive content; violence or gore; hate symbols; images of minors; images of another identifiable person without their consent; or anything intended to impersonate someone else.
Profile photos, group icons, and the usernames, display names, and group names you choose are screened automatically before they are published, and we may also review them ourselves. Automated screening is not perfect and can get things wrong in both directions — if your content is rejected in error, email us at indiasfavsesh@gmail.com and a person will review it.
We may remove any content that violates these terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload violating material. How we retain and delete your profile photo and other content after account deletion is described in our Privacy Policy (Section 6).
Chat is moderated after the fact rather than before a message is sent. You can report and block another user's message from within chat. Reported content is checked automatically as soon as it is reported and reviewed by a person within 24 hours, and we enforce rate limits. You are responsible for what you post in chat.
Don't use Corp Sesh to:
- harass, threaten, bully, or abuse any person;
- post content that is hateful or discriminatory, including on the basis of religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality;
- post sexually explicit, obscene, or violent content, or content that glorifies or encourages violence or self-harm;
- post content that is illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
- share another person's private information without their consent;
- impersonate someone, or use another person's account;
- spam, scrape, or automate access to the service;
- attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or backend, or bypass rate limits and access rules.
We enforce rate limits and review abuse reports. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Invites and referrals
Your invite link is for inviting real friends. Don't use it for spam or to game any metric. Invite links are informational; joining via one does not entitle you to any reward unless we say so explicitly.
7. Reporting and blocking
You can report objectionable content and abusive users from within the app.
- To report a specific message, long-press it and choose Block and report. This submits a report, blocks the sender, and hides their messages from your view. You can only report another user's sent messages — not your own.
- You can also block and report someone from your friends list, a friend request, or a group's member list. Blocking a person always includes submitting a report.
- Groups can be reported from Group info without blocking members.
- You can file a general report from your profile under Report a problem.
- Manage blocked people anytime under Profile → Blocked people.
We will review all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms will be removed, and the user who posted it may have their account suspended or permanently terminated without notice.
Reporting in good faith won't count against you. Repeatedly filing false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service up but don't guarantee it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, with or without notice, especially during beta.
9. Termination
You can stop using Corp Sesh and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.
When you delete your account, your usable authentication account, public profile, and product data are removed immediately. A private archive that app users cannot access may be kept for up to 30 days and is then automatically purged. Indian law requires us to keep the information collected when you registered for 180 days after account deletion, and to keep content we have removed following a report for 180 days from the date of removal. Server copies of messages you authored are deleted, but a message may remain temporarily in another member's offline device cache until that device synchronises again. We may also retain anonymised, non-identifying data. Our Privacy Policy sets all of this out in full.
10. Our intellectual property
The Corp Sesh name, logo, interface, graphics, animations, audio, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Using the service does not give you any ownership rights in them. You may not use our branding without our written permission.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bahn, its owner, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand made by a third party, and any related liability, damage, loss, or expense, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, your violation of these terms or applicable law, or the content you post.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for content posted by other users.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or lost profits, arising from or relating to these terms or the service, including losses arising from content posted by other users. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed ₹100 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding six months, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
13. Feedback
Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you send us about Corp Sesh are voluntary, and we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will revise the date above. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice or when posted. Where applicable law requires you to agree to a change, we will ask you to accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
16. Survival
The following sections survive termination of these terms or of your account: Your content and conduct; Our intellectual property; Indemnity; Disclaimers and limitation of liability; Feedback; Governing law; Survival; and Miscellaneous.
17. Miscellaneous
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Corp Sesh. If any part of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the rest will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours. Headings are for reference only and will not affect interpretation.
18. Grievance redressal (India)
If you have a complaint about content on Corp Sesh, about a report you have made, or about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Grievance Officer: Sanjana Garg, indiasfavsesh@gmail.com. Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
